For products of animal origin we work only with establishments approved for export to Great Britain, and we verify listings before any order. If your facility isn't listed, we'd still like to hear from you — but we won't ship until it is, and we'll say so plainly.
Recent batch certificates of analysis from an accredited laboratory, microbiological testing (including Salmonella and Enterobacteriaceae), and specifications you're happy for us to print on the bag — because we will.
The weight on our bag will be the weight in the bag, batch after batch. Our production partners carry that promise with us.
Batch-level traceability from production lot to export consignment. Our packs carry a QR code that leads to the batch's actual test certificate — your paperwork becomes part of our shelf story.
