I drive a delivery van for a living. A route on a screen is one thing; working the round is another. RouteWise grew from that gap.
The same question appears elsewhere. Cooking instructions assume a certain kitchen and level of confidence. Automated decisions can assume permission they were never given.
Rafylia is where I explore those problems through products and research, with governed intelligence as the constant: evidence, conditions, human authority and a record of what happened.
